Informational and Demo-only scope

This site is an independent explainer, interactive demo, and developer content center. The public Playground uses local deterministic examples. It is not a live Jev API client, does not provide production decisions, and should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, medical, or security advice.

Endpoint, SDK, live model behavior, pricing, latency, founder history, competitor status, and other product facts are not represented as verified here unless a page explicitly identifies a reliable source and status. Illustrative results may not match any future service.

Optional accounts and features

The site may expose optional sign-in, profiles, API keys, support tickets, credits, billing, subscriptions, payments, uploads, and other SaaS features. Their availability and behavior depend on the configuration of the site operator and any third-party providers. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential and for activity performed through your account.

Public informational pages and the Playground are intended to be usable without an account. Creating an account or using a paid or provider-backed feature may create additional terms, limits, charges, verification requirements, or provider policies shown at the time of use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site; attempt unauthorized access; probe, overload, or interfere with its availability; bypass authentication, rate limits, or usage controls; expose another person's data; upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or harmful material; use an API key that is not yours; or use the site to violate applicable law or another person's rights.

User content and intellectual property

You retain rights you already have in content you submit. You grant the site operator only the permissions reasonably needed to host, process, secure, display, and support an enabled feature. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required for submitted content.

The site's original text, code, and visual assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. References to Jev AI are for explanation and discussion; this site does not claim to be the official Jev AI site unless that relationship is explicitly confirmed.

Availability, payments, and changes

We may change, suspend, or remove content and features without promising a particular availability level. Optional prices, credits, subscriptions, refunds, payment methods, limits, and renewal behavior are governed by the notices and checkout terms shown when the relevant feature is enabled. We may update these terms as the site evolves; the date above identifies the latest revision.

Disclaimer and liability

The site and its local demonstrations are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, accurate, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. Demo output is illustrative and must be independently reviewed before it is used in a real workflow.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or an optional feature. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
