Scope

This policy applies to jev-ai.info, an independent Jev AI explainer, interactive Playground, developer content site, and optional account-based SaaS interface. It describes the current site behavior and features that may be enabled by the site operator.

The public Playground is a local, deterministic demonstration. It does not proxy a live Jev API and does not send the questions you enter there to an AI provider.

Information we may receive

Depending on which parts of the site you use and which providers are enabled, we may receive:

• Technical information, such as browser type, device information, approximate location, IP address, request timestamps, and server or security logs.
• Preference information, such as language and theme settings stored in cookies or browser storage.
• Account information, such as email address, profile details, authentication records, verification status, and password-related security data if you create an account or use an optional sign-in flow.
• Product and support information, such as API key names and metadata, credit or subscription records, orders, billing status, and support tickets when those optional features are enabled.
• Messages and content you submit, such as contact messages, support requests, or content uploaded through an authenticated editor or storage feature.
• Payment information handled by a configured payment provider. The site should not need to store full payment card numbers when a third-party checkout provider is used.

How information is used

We may use information to operate and secure the site; authenticate accounts; provide optional API-key, support, credit, subscription, and billing features; remember preferences; process configured payments; send transactional email; understand aggregate usage; respond to requests; prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

The Playground's first-release analysis is performed from deterministic demo data in the application. Playground questions are not treated as live Jev API requests.

Cookies, analytics, advertising, and third parties

The site may use essential cookies for authentication, locale, sessions, security, and preferences. If configured by the site operator, analytics, advertising, customer-support chat, email, storage, AI, and payment providers may receive the limited information needed to provide those services. Provider availability can change over time; consult the relevant provider's privacy documentation for its independent practices.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to infrastructure, hosting, security, analytics, advertising, support, email, storage, AI, or payment providers when needed to operate an enabled feature, and when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including account, security, financial, and legal recordkeeping needs. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

You may browse the public informational pages and Playground without creating an account. You may disable optional cookies through browser settings, clear local storage, manage account settings where available, avoid optional forms, or contact the site operator to ask about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests. Some requests may be limited by security, legal, or recordkeeping requirements.
